List of correspondents - accidents in Denmark

For a company to act as a correspondent handling Green Card claims on behalf of foreign insurance companies in connection with third-party liability claims in Denmark, the following requirements must be met:

• The company must have a Danish CVR number.

• All communication must be conducted in Danish.

• The company must have a Danish bank account.

• The company must have an office address in Denmark where audits and inspections can be carried out.

• Adequate liquidity is required, including the provision of a bank guarantee.

• The portfolio must be of a size that ensures a sufficient volume of claims handling to maintain an appropriate level of expertise.

• Sufficient resources must be available to comply with the Service Level Agreement.

In addition, the cooperation is subject to the correspondent undertaking to comply with the rules set out in our General Agreement.
